Hyperclear Printing:
The AccuFab-CEL uses advanced parameters and a specialized HyperClear resin tank to produce clear, uniform night guards without the need for polishing.
Cabin Heating:
During printing, the cabin’s temperature and humidity are continuously monitored, with any issues displayed on the touch screen to alert users of potential printing failures. If the temperature is too low, the cabin is heated beforehand, ensuring stable conditions for greater accuracy and a higher success rate.
Multi-size Ceramic Platform:
AccuFab-CEL offers superior printing accuracy and is the first to feature a ceramic platform, increasing durability and enhancing the user experience. With options for both small and large ceramic platforms, the chemically inert and biocompatible ceramic layer ensures safety during printing by preventing residue from sticking, keeping products non-toxic. These ceramic platforms last longer than alternatives, providing a higher-quality experience for users.
Open Material System:
AccuFab-CEL printer offers an open platform allowing a wide variety of materials for dental 3D printing, including splints, dentures, crowns, bridges, models, and surgical guides. Note that some partnerships are still in the validation phase.
